A couple of days ago, some users reported that our site opens very slowly. After investigation, we found that the problem is caused due to the upgrade of our advertisement server. After the server is upgraded, some users#DY# computer cannot read the address of the new server, which hence results in slow opening of the site.
To fix this problem, you#DY#re recommended to clear the cache files and delete cookies in your brower. Please follow the steps below (depends on what browser you use):
Erase temporary internet file and delete cookies in Internet Explorer:
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. In the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options".
3. The Internet Options pop-up window appears.
4. Under the General Tab select the "Delete Cookies" button.
5. Delete cookies by clicking "OK".
6. Select the "Delete Files" button to clear the Internet cache. Make sure to check the box to "Delete all offline content".
7. Delete temporary Internet file history data by selecting "Clear History".
Erase temporary internet file and delete cookies in Firefox:
1. Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. In the "Tools" menu, click on "Options".
3. The Options pop-up window will open.
4. From along the left side of the window select the "Privacy" icon. This displays the Privacy Settings in the right side of the window.
5. The option to erase the temporary Internet file "Cookies" is near the bottom of the list.
6. Click "Clear Now", pop-up window will open.
7. Delete all temporary Internet files and cookies by selecting "Cache", "Cookies" and click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
