The official website of Pi Story has released the details of the 3rd closed beta of Pi Story. First off, the game client for CB3 has been available for download since December 28, at 8:30 am PST

Dear Pi Story fans,

As the hours wind down, the anticipation of Pi Story's Closed Beta 3rd Test is becoming more and more unbearable!  We've spent many long nights making several improvements and many new additions to our game. Our goal is make this CB3 test a Pi Story to remember!!! 

Now for some general announcements about CB3...

Game Download

Pi Story's game client will be available to download starting from December 28, 2007 at 8:30am (PST); 11:30am (EST); 4:30pm (GMT).

For previous Pi Story beta testers, please remove the previous game client before downloading the new version of Pi Story!!

Pi Story's Closed Beta Service 3 Test Dates:

Pacific Standard Time (PST):   Dec. 28, 2007 to Jan. 3, 2008
Eastern Standard Time (EST):   Dec. 28, 2007 to Jan. 4, 2008
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT):   Dec. 29, 2007 to Jan. 4, 2008

Servers will be open from:

Pacific Standard Time (PST):   4 to 11pm
Eastern Standard Time (EST):   7pm to 2am
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT):   Midnight to 7am

The game client will be available to download during the entire Closed Beta 3 Test period.

New Year's Event: Timed-released game avatar items and weapons

As some of you maybe aware, this closed beta test includes time-released game avatar items and weapons.  With each new day during service, limited avatar items and weapons will appear in various mission shops!  These avatar items will give your character a fresh and new appearance as well as make others drool when they see how cool and powerful your weapon really is!  

List of limited avatar items and weapons and dates released during CB3:

Dec. 28, 2007 (Day 1): Glasses of Exemplary Student & Glasses of Scholar
Dec. 29, 2007 (Day 2): Hair band of Cho; Darkmoon's Crimson Suit Jacket; Darkmoon's Scarlet Girls Jacket; Darkmoon's Crimson Suit Pants; & Darkmoon's Scarlet Dress
Dec. 30, 2007 (Day 3): Loose Socks & Dancing Boots
Dec. 31, 2007 (Day 4): Reddish Brown Trainee Fighter's Bag & Brown Trainee Fighter's Bag

Jan. 1, 2008 (Day 5): Morning Star Hat A & B
Jan. 2, 2008 (Day 6): Bloody Broad Sword & Pure White Cane
