GungHo Online Entertainment announced that the new MMOrpg basic on a famous Japanese anime Fist of the North Star will start the first close beta on December 25th in Japan.

Fist of The North Star Online is a MMO based on the popular Japanese franchise. It takes place in a post apocalyptic world, where players must survive by their wits and fists. After creating a character, players select different schools of training that help them specialize in one particular form of fighting. Players then challange opponents in a customized RPG battle system, which consists of spheres with different abilities. Players choose one of three spheres to attack or respond to their opponent. The battle continues until one or the other is defeated through a series of "Rock Paper Scissors" outcomes. When the player wins they can aquire experience points and work to become the best fighter in the game.
