MMOsite is proud to announce we have teamed up with University of Ilmenau / Germany setting up a reseach of usage behavior, usage motivation and usage experience in online games. Especially, this are browser-based games, mini-games and flash-games as well as different kinds of client-games (e.g. several free MMORPGs, Second Life & Online Poker).

This survey is in two languages, English and German, because we focus on international gamers. The survey?s goal is to research usage motivation, behavior and experience in different types of interactive online entertainment (=games). This types are e.g. browser-based games, client games (like different MMORPGs) and casual games. For this we created and tested a research model with a small amount of participants last year. Later we improved our model and actually we are doing a survey on a larger amount of participant from all over the world.
