LOTRO fans, our last LOTRO Cloak Design Contest was a blast and we?re pleased to bring it back! Using the cloak template provided, create a design you?d like to see in the game, and if your entry is chosen, that?s exactly what will happen!

Take a look at the cloaks created from our last LOTRO Cloak Design Contest, which were introduced in our Shores of Evendim update. Winning designs chosen from this round will appear in the game!
