Today Acclaim, the company behind MMORPG 2Moons released an official announcement to explain the 2Moons level 107 character Banned issue. We are so glad to see that Acclaim responsed quickly to the news.

I have looked into the issue. Let me try explaining this.
1. Sure you can call it stress testing and all that, but i think its just an excuse. Myself and many are getting pings anywhere from 300 to 6,000! The game like pauses itself every 5 seconds when fighting stuff just from the lag and it really makes it unbearable.
The game has just started and not every body has this issue. We are working our best to make the experience far better for every person.
2. Bots already spamming chat no matter where you go to visit their gold farming sites, and this like every other second which floods the chat channels.
Yes spamming was there and now whoever has complained may go to the jail to check if the spammers are really in the jail or not. And the gold farmers are getting their IPs banned. VGMs are doing a great job by reporting the spammers and gold farmers, no sooner did they see them. We are available 24/7 to take the complains against the spammers and gold diggers and take action against them.
3. Speaking of bots... they are already here leveling making it unfair to honest players.
For botters, we are delevelling them and planning to put them in jail for a week or so.
4. The so called friend of acclaim that was given a boosted account is running around with his 107 summon power leveling his guild, yep this is fair! He seems to want to sabotage this game because this could quite possible lead to a ob character wipe... ya some friend!
The accused sumoner is in jail and will not be released now and his guild has been banned. Those who leveled up with their help has got their levels deducted by 10.
5. Players are using hacks to create a unfair advantage, and by this i mean they simply attack you and your game closes. I guess they really want to have hunting areas all to themselves.
The true players who are coming across hacks and bots are reporting to the GMS or VGMS and helping us to create a clean gaming experience.
