At ChinaJoy 2007, Flagship Studios showcased its upcoming MMORPG title Mythos and received an interview from game.tom.com. In the interview, Bill Roper made comparisons between Mythos, Hellgate: London and Diablo series.

According to Bill Roper, Mythos is a casual style MMORPG, while Hellgate: London is a title oriented toward Diablo fans who are fond of experiencing high technology. Mythos developers are the core members of Diablo series development team. During Mythos development, they drew a lot of experience from Diablo. Bill Roper even claimed that Mythos is the most genuine Diablo sequel.

¡°Were very confident that," said Bill, "Mythos is the most genuine Diablo title. If someday in the future, Blizzards released Diablo 3, Ill be too willing to experience it. But I believe before it comes out, all the Blizzard staff are already loyal supporters of Mythos."

When being asked, with Hellgate: London and Mythos out on the market, what will Flagship Studios leave to Blizzard if its going to develop Diablo 3. Bill said: "Nothing!"
