OnNet USA announced the 12th Progressive Tournament for Shot-Online will be held from May 15th, 2007 until May 21st, 2007 (Current Server Time).

San Jose, CA May15th, 2006 ¨C Shot-Online announced today that the 12th Progressive Tournament will be held from May 15th, 2007 until May 21st, 2007 (Current Server Time).

The Progressive Open is a monthly tournament where players compete against each other in their same class (Beginner/Amateur/Semi-Pro/Tour-Pro). Players in one class will not compete against players in other classes during this event. The course that this event will be held on will be Wattsu.

¡°The 12th Progressive Open is a great opportunity for players to complete against their fellow players and compare their skills to others in their same class,¡± said Chris Yamauchi, PM of Shot-Online.

A new feature of the 12th Progressive Open is that the entry fee has been lowered to 2,000 NG for each attempt. Each player is allowed to use only 1 character (the highest level character per account). Every player can compete up to a 1,000 times and the best score will be automatically recorded. Scores will only be compared to those in the same class.

Another change for the 12th Progressive Open is the prize distribution system. The prize pot is now set to 1,000,000,000 NG for Tour Pro, 500,000,000 for Semi Pro, 250,000,000 for Amateur, and 100,000,000 for Beginner. The top 20 from each class with share their designated prize pot. Also, one lucky winner will be randomly selected from all classes to receive a 3x Impact Fitting Ticket regardless of class.
