Granado Espada posted an article recording the first Community Service Event which held on 27th March. The Second Community Service Event will be held on 20th April 2007.

As some of you may already know, we held our first Community Service Event on 27th March. There were 12 heroes who rose to the occasion and turned up for the event. The kids absolutely adored them. I¡¯ve blogged about the first part of the outing over here. In the meantime, there will be a second Community Service Event held on 20th April 2007, Friday. This time round, the outing will be to the Road Safety Park!

The beauty of Granado Espada is that it centers around the themes of chivalry and heroism. Protecting the innocent, championing the weak, defending the helpless. But my point is¡­ why stop at these things at a game level? Why not bring these aspects into real life as well?

For Singaporeans out there: Katong Special School needs you heroes to help in bringing their kids for an outing. Think of it as a real life quest. With Hrin as the real life NPC issuing out this quest:

Quest Details: Bringing kids with special needs on an outing, teaching them basic things like taking a bus and buying a fast food meal. NO prior EXP required. You can be a total noob at this - it¡¯s cool, we are all learning together.
