NCsoft and Cryptic Studios have released a set of screens shots and developed a strategy/preview piece regarding the "Statesmans Strike Task Force," one of the major new features being released in the upcoming free expansion to City of Heroes and Villains, "Issue 9 Breakthrough."

The preview piece was created by the lead designer for City of Heroes , Matt Miller, and provides several previously unrevealed details about one of the toughest task force missions which include several of the games signature heroes and villains.
