Mgame has currently pinpointed an issue where players with "-" in their account names cannot connect to the game. They will get a "Please reconnect" error message.
They ask that new players refrain from using "-" when creating their account names, and also ask that the players who are experiencing this issue send us a 1:1 Inquiry so that they can give them a new digital key to create an account without a "-".
Mgame will work as quickly as possible to resolve this issue so that the players may play the game without any further issue. I believe all the issues can be fixed asap.
