Swedish game developer Lockpick Entertainment today announced the release of an exclusive online comic. The storyline will be based on the upcoming online MMOG Dreamlords and provide helpful game play hints as well as a good laugh.
In the comic, readers will meet both in-game characters such as The Swamp King, as well as three fictional gamers who will discuss and explain different game related topics.
The online comic will not only feature the Dreamlords team?s own creativity. It will be regularly updated based on the feedback from gamers about in-game issues and experiences.
Said David Rosén, CEO of Lockpick Entertainment (and The Swamp King?s minion), "This was a totally unexpected turn of events for us but I felt we couldn?t refuse when the Swamp King approached us, literally, and ?suggested? that we might want to make a cartoon featuring his magnificent self. Luckily we talked him into allowing us to bring in some additional, minor, characters to reinforce his greatness.
