K2 Network announced they have complete the funtion for the The forgot password/password recovery option in the MMORPG Global MU Online.
The forgot password/password recovery option is now available for Global MU Online. You will need to click the link below "My Account" on the left navigation bar on the Global MU Online website and then click the forgot password option.
A pop-up window will appear and it will ask you to please enter your username and the e-mail address associated with your account. Enter your username for your GMO account and your e-mail address.
Once you have successfully done this, you will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink in it. Click the link and go back to the GMO site. You will need to fill in your birthdate and give an answer to your secret question. Once you have done so...
A message will say you can now change your password. You will need to enter your new password twice to confirm it. Then, click submit, and your password is recovered and now changed.
