The GMs here at MGame would like to expressly remind all our players that sharing account information is a direct violation of our Terms of Service, and we CANNOT fix issues caused by "hacking" of this nature. If you have shared your account password with other players, please be aware that your items, characters, and even your account is at risk!
Please be warned: we will not address any issues caused/created by account sharing; this is done AT YOUR OWN RISK!
As it is a violation of our Terms of Service, we also reserve the right to ban not only the account that was victimized, but the account of the perpetrator as well.

As far as issues with scamming, officially, MGame deals with issues of scamming on a case by case basis. However, we HIGHLY recommend our players to be wary of situations that put their character or their items at risk. Nothing is better for anti-scamming than general caution.
If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
