1. Monster de-spawn - further changes to spawn rate figures to eliminate world spawn rate problems.

2. Potion descriptions corrected

3. Chip War Time moved forward an hour to accomodate summer time change.

4. Temporay fix to server crash.

GMT and Server crash issues are still being tested.
