Exclusive - Stratics Interviews Werner Bayer of Pardus!
KeyWord: Shot-Online Date: 2006-11-01
Summary: Stratics posted an interview with the lead developer of Pardus, Werner Bayer.

Recently, Stratics? very own Tiveria had a wonderful opportunity to sit down with the lead developer of Pardus, a web-based game with a rapidly growing community:

Stratics: Where did the idea of Pardus come from and where did the name itself come from?

Werner: We were playing lots of other browser games back then. None of them for a long time, but they took a good amount of our time because we had to stay online to keep up with the game. They were all very similar in terms of gameplay: create army, research, attack another player, defend from attacks. There was not much interaction or cooperation needed to play.
