In order to maintain the security and privacy of our users, Hero Online has made several changes that will increase the integrity of billing system. Due to these changes in the payment system, they ask ALL the users to delete their temporary internet files. This deletion is necessary to protect yourself from fraud, hacking, theft, etc.

If you are using Windows Internet Explorer please go to tools>internet options>delete files to delete your temporary files.

For Firefox, go to tools>clear private data>(choose which areas to delete).
