Update on Payment - Assurances and additional methods

Following Games-Masters.com promise to listen to player’s viewpoints, we are pleased to announce further payment options.

We would like to announce the addition of PayPal as an option for payment by 11.00am Wednesday 6th September. We hope this will give all players the time needed in order for them to pay for their account before the deadline in order to benefit from the discounted price and it adds additional payment options for players in many European countries. PayPal will be integrated with the TXTNation service giving you the normal Paypal protections but integrating closely with our current services. These protections will be further backed up by Games-Masters.com’s commitment to make sure players are treated fairly and correctly.

In recent days TXTNation has come under criticism based on a small number of complaints users have seen online. We would like to ask individuals to make their own judgements and to trust our research. Please remember we would not have chosen TXTNation if we believed it would not cover your best interests. Additionally as a security measure and a fulfilment of a request by users, we shall be implementing a semi-automated cancellation service. Through your account management you will be able to use a template to send a cancelation email. This will be sent to us for our records, as well as to TXTNation to cancel your subscription. This additional measure will allow us to help you solve any problems you may have with TXTNation, and if they take money after your cancelation we will ensure you receive your money back. We guarantee as the provider of CABAL online to protect your interests and ensure you are treated fairly.

Hopefully this eases many of the concerns players are having leading up to pay to play. We will be adding additional payment methods, though these will not be before Wednesday. We are interested in hearing from you on what methods you believe are not available, and if you are unable to pay for the game in any European country contact us via the support system. We are in particular interested in hearing from Russian and Romanian players and want to ensure players from these countries can successfully pay.
