Summary:FATE is sell-able to the NPC in Supreme Destiny.

The NPC is now greed of FATE - Fate of Sky dragon and Fate of God Dragon! However, they have limited resources to purchase the fates from the Supreme Citizens. 

The leader of NPC is wandering "How much to offer for a fate?"

"4 million in-game gold for a Fate of Sky Dragon and 8 million for a Fate of God Dragon!"

From 15th August 2006 (Tuesday), fate is AGAIN sell-able to the NPC in game.
