Good morning/afternoon/evening to all our players! Many of our players may be curious as to exactly how they redeem their GM Tickets for an event prize.
The following are ways players can redeem their GM Tickets:
-You may e-mail us at Event@mgameusa.com with the Ticket numbers that you wish to submit, and we will automatically place the prize in your inventory. You must submit your e-mail before August 15th to redeem your Event Prize!
-If you did not receive enough tickets to qualify for an event prize, FEAR NOT!! We will be making the GM Tickets sellable to the NPCs for 1,000 gold each. We will be making this feature available AFTER the weekly server maintenance on Monday August 7th.
Once again, we thank our players for participating in the event, as well as throwing us their feedback. We are always working hard to improve our service for our players; and we will be sure to include their suggestions in the following events to come. | | |
