9. Players who are experiencing problems to Hero Online due to their Dual Core processors may alter their settings in the Windows Task Manager to use only one processor. This will enable players to play Hero Online. To change the processor settings, right click on the Hero.exe and go to the change affinity option. From there you may set your computer to use only one processor.
