Game Garden, a company manages the server of Xenepic Online on behalf of NHN Japan Corporation, announced that they had mistakenly stored players? private information on an open downlaod server, which potentially allows anyone to access it using certain exploits. the put-at-risk data includes game-server usernames and passwords, e-mail address, game log files from about 297,805 users.

Game Garden has apologized in a press release to Xenepic users for the security failure and pledged to  "further consolidate internal management to prevent similar incidents in the future."
